1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Southline Social’s services (“Services”), including our communications via SMS and email, and our video editing and content creation offerings. By subscribing or engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Southline Social provides weekly short-form video editing services based on content you submit. You send raw videos to our team, and we deliver finished Reels for social media platforms.

  • You will receive Reels according to your chosen package and payment plan.

  • Payment is collected weekly unless otherwise arranged.

  • You may cancel or unsubscribe at any time prior to your next billing cycle.

3. Communication Consent

By subscribing, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and emails from Southline Social regarding your subscription, project updates, and offers.
You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

  • You retain ownership of all original content (video footage, photos, etc.) you provide.

  • By submitting content, you grant Southline Social a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and modify that content for the purpose of creating Reels and delivering the final product to you.

  • You are free to use your finished videos anywhere, with no obligation to tag or credit Southline Social.

  • Southline Social may use completed Reels for portfolio or promotional purposes only with your permission.

5. Payment and Cancellation

  • Weekly payments are required to continue receiving new edited videos.

  • Payments are processed through our secure third-party provider.

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds are issued for completed weeks of service.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely video submissions and clear instructions for editing.

  • Ensure that all submitted content is your original material or that you have rights to use it.

  • Avoid sending any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Southline Social will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Delays or errors due to factors beyond our control.

  • Losses related to your use or publication of edited videos.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for the Services in the past 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
